Visiting Nurse | Hospice Atlanta Hospice Services

Hospice care offers comfort and dignity at the end of life. It is given to patients when a cure no longer seems possible and life expectancy is six months or less. For more than 30 years, Hospice Atlanta has been providing compassionate end-of-life care to adults and children, and their families.

Most people prefer to stay at home, close to family and friends, at this difficult time, and are admitted to our Home Hospice program. However, when more acute or respite care is needed, patients can be cared for at our beautiful inpatient facility, the Andrew and Eula Carlos Hospice Atlanta Center in Buckhead. Visitors are welcome at any time.

View a Photo Gallery of the Center which is located at 1244 Park Vista Drive, NE, Atlanta, GA. To arrange an in-person tour, please call 404-869-3000.   Directions.

Our program is one of only a few hospice programs in the Atlanta area that is accredited by the Joint Commission. To speak with us regarding patient safety or quality of care concerns, please call 404-869-3000. A member of our clinical leadership team will be able to assist you.
